Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNRG handles relevant data when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services. Data processing is limited to delivering account features, completing orders, maintaining service security, and meeting necessary obligations. Please read the following terms before using the service.
Data Collected and Purposes
No email address is required to register. An account can be created with a username and password, so VPNRG does not require a registration email. Account data mainly includes the username, encrypted authentication information, subscription status, used traffic, and necessary account activity records. This data supports login verification, plan delivery, traffic accounting, and account management.
When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the system stores order records such as the order number, selected item, amount, payment status, and creation and completion times. This information is used to confirm payment, activate service, process refunds, resolve disputes, and retain necessary financial records. Order records do not include complete payment credentials held by payment providers.
When visiting VPNRG marketing pages, basic access logs or analytics data may include a processed network address, browser type, device category, visited pages, referring page, and error information. This data is used to troubleshoot page issues, identify abnormal requests, and understand content usage. It is not used to build personal browsing preference profiles.
Anonymous No-Logs Practice and Connection Data
VPNRG follows an anonymous no-logs principle. It does not record which websites, services, or specific content users access through international routes, nor does it retain DNS queries, request bodies, or browsing history that could be used to reconstruct access targets.
The service does not create long-term connection activity logs that can be linked to an account. To authenticate subscriptions, calculate traffic allowances, and prevent abnormal activity, the system may process necessary account status, traffic counts, and technical error information during a connection. This information does not include accessed content or a list of target websites. Temporary technical data is deleted or de-identified after operational and maintenance purposes are complete and is not retained as a user activity profile.
When a user submits a support ticket, the ticket content, diagnostic screenshots, and client information the user chooses to provide are stored with the ticket to troubleshoot connection or subscription issues. Remove unrelated personal content and authentication information before submitting.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. Login tokens maintain account sessions, while language and interface data restore selections on future visits. Disabling necessary storage may prevent the login state from being maintained or make some account features unavailable.
Data in local storage is managed by the current browser. Users can delete it by signing out, clearing site data, or changing browser settings. After clearing it, users may need to log in again and reselect their preferences.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
VPNRG supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, whose payment pages may collect information required to complete a transaction under their own rules. VPNRG receives payment results, transaction identifiers, and status information used to confirm orders, but does not directly control how third-party services handle payment data.
Except when completing payments, providing infrastructure, handling necessary security incidents, or meeting applicable requirements, VPNRG does not disclose account or order data to unrelated parties. Service providers performing technical processing may handle relevant information only for agreed purposes and within the necessary scope.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account data is retained while the account exists and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order records are kept for the periods required for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and necessary financial obligations. Site analytics are preferably kept in aggregated or de-identified form; original technical records are deleted or de-identified after maintenance and security purposes are complete. Data that must be retained by law will be handled after the relevant requirement ends.
Users may request deletion of their account and deletable associated data through the support ticket function in the user panel. The request should include enough information to confirm account ownership. Deletion does not reverse completed transactions or affect limited records that must be retained by law or to resolve an existing dispute. Cookies and local data stored in the browser must be cleared by the user on the relevant device.
VPNRG may update this policy when service features, data processing practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed accordingly. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be explained through visible on-site notices.
