These terms apply to the international network access, international route connections, subscription management, and related user panel features provided by VPNRG. By accessing or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agreed to follow these terms. Anyone who disagrees with any part of them should stop using the relevant services.
Service Content and Scope
VPNRG provides subscription services covering 120+ countries and 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes may include IEPL dedicated lines, relay connections, and direct connections. The specific options available are determined by the information shown in the user panel at the time.
The service is designed to improve cross-border access and connection quality when visiting international websites. Connection performance may be affected by the user's location, carrier routing, target service status, device configuration, and route maintenance. VPNRG may adjust route entry points, groupings, and available regions according to network conditions to maintain overall service quality.
Account and Subscription Rules
Registration does not require an email address; users create an account with a username and password. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions obtained, route connections, plan changes, and support requests made through their accounts. If account credentials may have been exposed, users should change the password promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.
Subscriptions support use on unlimited devices, but each account is intended only for the registered user and their own devices. Users must not sell, rent out, publicly post, or share account credentials, subscription information, or access rights with others. The service must not be used for unauthorized commercial resale through purchasing on behalf of others, distribution, or other means.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm whether the billing method for a monthly subscription or traffic package meets their needs before choosing a plan.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and place of service use, and must independently determine whether a particular website, application, or piece of content may be accessed and used. VPNRG must not be used for unlawful activities, system intrusion, malware distribution, fraud, harassment, infringement of others' rights, or interference with normal network operations.
Users must not damage routes, the user panel, or related infrastructure through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, malicious scanning, or other means. Users who engage in such conduct are responsible for any resulting complaints, disputes, or legal liability.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNRG performs maintenance, traffic scheduling, and configuration adjustments based on route operations, but does not guarantee continuous availability across all regions, carriers, device environments, or third-party services. Planned maintenance, network failures, carrier changes, target platform policy changes, force majeure, or incorrect device configuration may cause disconnections, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.
Users are responsible for saving their account information, client configurations, and business data. The service does not store third-party content transmitted or accessed by users through international routes, and VPNRG is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policy changes of third-party websites, applications, payment channels, or external services. To the extent permitted by law, VPNRG is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or harm caused by third parties.
Restricted Use and Account Termination
If an account is used unlawfully, consumes route resources maliciously, attacks service facilities, resells subscriptions, publicly shares credentials, interferes with other users' connections, or seriously violates these terms, VPNRG may restrict account features, suspend route access, or terminate the service. To protect account and infrastructure security, VPNRG may also temporarily restrict access after detecting unusual logins or clearly abnormal requests, and may ask users to verify the situation through a support request in the panel.
After account termination, users must not continue to obtain, distribute, or use subscription information from the original account. Termination measures do not affect responsibilities incurred before termination and do not release users from obligations arising from damage caused by violations.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without cause may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the corresponding account and order can be verified. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported payment methods; the specific available options are shown on the checkout page.
VPNRG may revise these terms due to changes in service scope, feature arrangements, compliance requirements, or operating methods. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page will be changed accordingly. Continued use after an update means that the user accepts the revised content. Anyone who does not accept it should stop using the service and submit a refund request when covered by the refund commitment.
