Prioritize the regional group where your usual services are located. For Asian services, start with Hong Kong, Japan, or Singapore; for North American content, choose the United States or Canada. Distance is only one factor—local network paths and time of use also affect the actual connection.
IEPL dedicated routes suit work and persistent sessions that require a stable connection; relay routes use an additional link to organize the cross-border path and work well as a regular or backup choice; direct routes have a simpler structure and can be used when the local network path is suitable. Keep multiple groups in the client and switch when needed.
If the route connects but an app remains inaccessible, do not keep changing nodes blindly. First check whether the app is included in the rules, then confirm that the subscription is current and the exit region meets the service requirements. Separating route, rule, and app status makes troubleshooting faster.
